Diabetes and fitness training

If you have diabetes type 2 and your doc says it’s ok, then you should really do some sports. You don’t have to climb the mount everest or become an ironman but you should workout a few times a week – regularly! I will write a more detailed post about that in a few days, I just thought of how important it is for for people with diabetes type 2 after I’ve heared of a good friend of mine who now has diabetes and he is pretty fat (sorry Dan). I hope he will be able to follow a strict diet and get rid of diabetes! That’s the only good thing about type 2 diabetes, you CAN get rid of it. However, I will write more about diabetes and fitness training soon…
